Because each heating element is created uniquely for the client, product specifications vary. All heat-and-massage recliner systems are developed and manufactured in Check Corps ISO 9001 certified factory. Each electrical medical device is certified UL 60601-1.

Incorporating Check Healthcare’s heat only or heat-and-massage systems is a great way to add value to existing products while ensuring quality. Though each system is uniquely designed for each client, you can use the information below as guidelines on how Check systems work.

Heat Systems Includes:

• Two heating elements: one for the seat back and one for the seat cushion
• Specific, customized designs for your chairs for a perfect fit
• Fourteen (14) inches of pressure sensitive adhesive on the back, ensuring proper adhesion to the foam cushion
• Electronic control module, switch, switch harness, power supply and power cord for 110V outlet
• Components certified to UL 60601-1 standards for electrical medical devices

Heat and Massage Systems Includes:

• Includes all of the components listed above
• Four massage motors and accompanying massage motor extension harnesses
• Components certified to UL 60601-1 standards for electrical medical devices
