Xavier University As you know, you and I had several discussions prior to our purchase of your Electric HOTBAG™ in the fall of 2008. The basis for most of the conversations was the initial cost of competitor’s products, as well as the feasible aspects of carrying a hot bag on our ambulance already full of equipment and supplies. Well the end result was our purchase of your Electric HOTBAG™, not only based on price but rather the conversations we had about its use.
Within a few days of receiving your Electric HOTBAG™ we used the warm blankets on an elderly patient who had fallen, and who had been on the floor all night and was exhibiting signs of hypothermia. That was only the beginning. We’ve used warmed blankets on patients in motor vehicle accidents, fall patients that have been exposed to the elements, pediatric patients (sometimes solely for therapeutic warming), senior patients and others.
The reaction we receive when we hand patients warm blankets is one of amazement that a small volunteer agency would go to this length of providing warmed blankets for additional comfort. Your product which runs on our 12v system makes it easy to remove on scene for those that need it.
We had a motor vehicle accident involving 14 special needs patients that took us a period of time to assess. By using your blanket warming system we were able to bring 16 warmed blankets to the patients in your very durable bag. It wasn't long after that we ordered a second bag to place is service, after realizing its’ full benefits.
Thanks again for providing great customer care, a fantastic affordable product and a move toward the future in EMS, to provide not only patient care but comfort as well.

Cancer Care Associates wants to thank you and your company for the donation of the 4 heat/massage chairs. The patients really appreciate the comfort afforded by these chairs. Often they are cold and the heat makes them much warmer. The massage helps ease pain from their diagnosis or helps with the fact that they must sit for so long while having chemotherapy.
As I was telling you, we recently started doing research with cold caps for women undergoing treatment for breast cancer. The heat is especially comforting in these circumstances as we essentially place a block of ice on the women’s heads for a prolonged period of time in effort to preserve the women’s hair. Again thank you so much for your kind donation. Know that your generosity is appreciated each and every day.
